Leadership Worth Following (LWF) is a nonprofit focused on building meaningful, values-based leadership across the car wash industry. Founded by a group of industry professionals who saw a gap in accessible, real-world car wash leadership development, LWF exists to help people grow—both in business and in life. “The car wash is an incredibly dynamic environment,” says LWF founder and CEO Justin Salisbury. “It’s fast, complex, and full of opportunities to teach critical leadership skills—but until now, there hasn’t been a place to intentionally develop that kind of growth.”

At its core, LWF is about people.
